Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Our gift cards & vouchers can be spent in both the Garden Centre and Cafe.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Gift Cards can be purchased online only. The gift card is emailed directly to the recipient. Gift cards must be presented on the original email when redeeming – screen shots will not be accepted.

Paper Gift Vouchers are available to purchase from the garden shop. Defaced or damaged vouchers will not be accepted and we are also unable to refund or replace any lost or stolen gift vouchers. The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

For both gift cards & vouchers if the initial purchase is not to the full value of the voucher a new balance slip will be given. The expiry date will remain the same.
