Voucher Terms & Conditions

Introduction Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Defaced or damaged vouchers will not be accepted and we are also unable to refund or replace any lost or stolen gift vouchers. The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the initial purchase is not to the full value of the voucher a new balance slip will be given. The expiry date will remain the same.

Postage / Collection 

Voucher purchased online will usually be processed within 2 working days, wherever possible. If you choose ‘Free Collection from Garden Centre’ this means they must be collected in person and will be available from the garden shop the next working day.

We use a ‘1st Class Sign For’ Service. We aim to post vouchers every 2 working days, at Christmas please don’t leave it until the last minute – as post could be delayed. 

If you choose via Royal Mail 1st Class ‘Sign For’ Service, this is a proof of postage service and not an insurance service. For Christmas deliveries last posting date is stated on the voucher purchase page. At Christmas please don’t leave it until the last minute – as post could be delayed.
